Creative Systems Across 21 Divisions.
High-volume creative production spanning digital, social, email, print, signage and localization across 21 divisions.

KB Home operates at a scale where creative consistency depends on systems. Campaigns move through digital, social, email, web banners, flyers, signage, billboards and local-market adaptations.
My role combines high-volume production and localization across 21 divisions with quality control, template updates, asset standards, troubleshooting, training and workflow improvement. The work requires balancing corporate brand rules with disclosures, pricing, imagery and local-market requirements.
Thousands of assets move through this system every month, and hundreds of emails go out through Workfront and Dynamics 365, with template maintenance, reusable content blocks, accessibility checks and responsive testing across devices. Template and workflow improvements have let three designers handle the volume that once took five.
This case study is about the infrastructure behind multi-market creative production: how repeatable systems, technical judgment and disciplined execution protect quality when the volume gets complicated.
The Work Behind the Story.
